Overview
A long-time client and sub-contractor to the government. They won a contract that required them to track a number of items – the details of which were unknown at the time the contract was awarded. Our evolutionary methodology of developing software allowed us to develop a flexible custom CRM-type architecture to store the accounts and contacts as well as the communications going back-and-forth with those contacts. Because flexibility of the foundation we put in place in the beginning we were able to expediently implement the additional functionality within very short timelines.
