Universal Assurors required a traditional CRM implementation and to consolidate customer information into one central system from several disparate platforms. We scrubbed and merged an SQL database, an ACT! Database, several Excel workbooks, and thousands of Outlook contacts. We upgraded the CRM to current version and made it operational by deeply integrating the account data into Universal Assuror’s core accounting system. In doing so, we were able to re-architect a large portion of the core accounting system code to incorporate best practices and bring consistency and efficiency to the solution.
